I love mushrooms.They are great as side dishes or inside many dishes or even as toppings to meats such as steaks, burgers or sausages.

Ingredients:
Mushrooms (sliced lengthwise)
Olive oil
2 cloves or garlic
2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
Sm bunch of fresh parsley(chopped)
Salt/Pepper to taste
Slice mushrooms lengthwise. Crush and mince some garlic and preheat olive oil.
Once you smell the garlic throw in the mushrooms, so that the garlic does not burn.
Once the mushrooms are nice and soft and 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, toss and take off the heat, add the parsley.
Toss and Serve just as is.
You can top with some grated Parmesan and or garlic powder.
