
Make sure the breasts are dry so they will not be slippery Using a sharp kitchen knife slice into the thicker breast part as pictured. Cut only about 2/3 of the way.



It will look like this, ready to stuff once it is sliced.

Once cut, stuff with desired mixture and close. You can use toothpicks and even cooking wire to wrap around them as well. Depending if the stuffing will ooze or not.

I do agree with you, cooking is not hard.Coming up with idea of what to make for dinner is hard part.
