Cheesy Quesadilla ........yummy

This cheesy quesadilla is fast & delicious. I make it for a quick snack, lunch or dinner w/ a side of rice & beans or a salad.

Ingredients:
Tortillas (corn or flour)
Shredded Cheese
Oil ( I use Olive Oil)

Lightly grease the pan with oil then heat the tortilla ( I am using flour) on one side, use med/high heat and it should take about 1-2 minutes. You want to move it around on the pan to make sure that it does not stick.


Remove from heat and place a 2nd tortilla down. Cook one side then flip.


Once the first side of the 2nd tortilla is done, flip it and add the cheese. Make sure you are moving the tortilla around with tongs or a spatula to prevent sticking. Should be 1-2 min.

Add the tortilla you had aside on the undone side and flip The bottom tortilla should be deliciously chrispy as pictured to the right. Another 1-2 minutes and you are done.

Let cool for 1-2 minutes cut and serve. Goes well with sour cream, salsa, guacamole or just eat plain. Treat with kids and adults, and super fast and inexpensive!
